I have had a great experience living here. The building is always super clean, the parking lot always cleared from snow and all the other tenants I have met are very friendly. Definitely the best, cleanest and sufficient place I have ever rented.

We feel you still provide great, friendly service. Hard keeping up with the new employees/positions but you are all friendly and prompt.

We moved into this building when it first opened up. Our rent is affordable and the increase per year has been reasonable. Our interaction with your employees has been positive. Visitors have been impressed with the cleanliness of our building. The immediate response by your staff whenever we request assistance has been excellent. We are looking forward to another great year in our forever home.

Building/apartments are comfortable, common areas are well looked after. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Garden beds were a wonderful idea, not just because of the product they yielded but also because of the opportunity they provided to meet other tenants.
