Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we do allow some pets, but our pet policy is limited and handled on a case-by-case basis. Approval depends on things like the size of the pet, number of pets, and the current pet situation in the building.

We understand that while some consider pets a part of the family, others may not share this perspective. Our pet policy is designed to balance both viewpoints.

POLICY:

All pets require explicit approval before being allowed in our buildings. Approval will depend on the tenant’s personal circumstances and their ability to demonstrate responsible pet ownership. Approval is not guaranteed for all tenants.

- Dogs must be of a friendly and quiet nature.
- Full-grown weight should not exceed 20-25 lbs.
- Pets must not be left alone in the apartment.
- Barking must be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing other tenants.
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the apartment.
- Cats and their litter boxes must be kept exceptionally clean.
- Cats must not be allowed to scratch walls and furniture or escape into hallways.
- Regular cleaning of cat hair is required.

Only one pet per apartment, if approved. In some cases, no additional pets may be allowed in a building if the total number already present reaches a reasonable limit.

Please include all pet details on your application.
The security deposit will be equal to one month’s rent.
The security deposit will be forwarded to Service New Brunswick (SNB). The deposit would be refunded in full if you choose to leave, provided the unit is left in the same cleanliness and condition it was when first moved in.
Yes, but we ask that you first submit a rental application. If your application is pre-approved, our Leasing team will contact you. If we do not currently have an apartment available that suits your needs or your preferred move-in timing, we can add you to our waitlist.
There is no smoking or vaping allowed in or near any of our buildings, including on balconies. Smoking of any kind is only permitted at the designated outdoor smoking area, which is situated away from the buildings.
Contact our leasing department to let us know you're looking into leaving. Please note, three months' notice before the annual lease anniversary date is required to terminate your lease. (E.g., for a Jan 1st start, give notice by Oct 1st to end Dec 31st). That time will start on the first day of the following month if not given on the first day of the month.
At this time, most of our existing apartment buildings are adult-oriented. However, our new development at 100 Cuffman Street has been designed with families in mind and is well-suited for those with young children. This building is scheduled to open on September 1, 2026, and we are now accepting applications.

We also have townhouse units that are a great option for families. If no suitable units are available, we would be happy to add you to our waitlist.
This depends on the building and availability. Some properties already include two parking spaces, while others include one parking space per unit with the option to request an additional space if available.

Additional parking must be discussed with our Leasing Agent and may be subject to a monthly fee, depending on whether the space is outdoor or indoor. In most cases, leases include one parking space per unit unless otherwise stated or arranged.
Yes. For after-hours emergencies, please call 506-474-3260 ext. 9.

For non-emergency requests, please follow the regular request process. Your tenant handbook, provided at move-in, includes more detailed instructions.
